Congratulations to Kathy Wong who was awarded the President’s Award by the Executive Team at this year’s annual management meeting. Kathy, Bollman's Global Finacial Director, received the award for her extraordinary and selfless drive to serve our Company and Employee/Owners with hard work, focus and openness to change.  Kathy led the successful implementation of a new accounting system while never compromising a high level or responsiveness and attention to critical details.

Bollman Hat Company is pleased and proud to congratulate Mike Casey, Director of Customer Service & Credit, on being the recipient of Bollman Hat Company's 2008 President's Award for Manager of the Year!  

At the Bollman Hat Company’s Annual General Meeting, held at Shady Maple Banquet Hall in East Earl, PA on March 17, 2009, Mike Casey was awarded the 2008 President’s Award for Manager of the Year by Don Rongione, President & CEO, for his exceptional leadership in enhancing Customer Service, protecting the company from bad debts and invigorating the Quality Leadership Team.  Bollman Hat Company would like to thank Mike Casey for his exemplary service both to Bollman Hat Company and its customers, and is proud to have such an innovator leading their Customer Service and Credit departments.

Charlotte Dyslin Awarded  President's Award for  Manager of the Year 2007 Charlotte Dyslin was awarded the President’s Award by the Executive Team at this year’s annual management meeting. Charlotte received the award for her exceptional leadership and results in growing sales and profits while reducing costs and achieving goals in North America and Europe.
