Don joined Bollman in 1982 as Controller and has served in several roles including Vice President of Finance and Operations, Senior Vice President of Manufacturing, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Don was named President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman on July 1, 2002.

Don grew up in Philadelphia and attended LaSalle College High School and LaSalle College. He became President of Student Government in both schools. He was awarded a Bachelor's Degree in management and accounting from LaSalle in 1979, and obtained his Certified Public Accountant designation in 1981. Prior to joining Bollman, Rongione was as a Senior Auditor with KPMG.

Don and his wife, Maryellen Kueny, have been married for over 30 years and have four sons, Peter, Christopher, Justin and Steven. They live in Berks County, Pennsylvania.
